Wrist Splint I have Carpel Tunnel , is it ok for me to move my wrist a lil in splint ?
I have CT and my splint keeps my wrist straight but I can move it a little is that ok ? Do I need to keep it completely straight at all times ?.
It would help if you didn't move it.
