Sorry John, your correct. I should have said for a runway length equal to the minimum takeoff length for a fully loaded 747 under the best temperature/humidity conditions. So as the conditions worsen, the weight carrying capacity drops by X?

none at sea level with a long enough runway and no obsticles to hinder second and final segment climb.
