part one is it more hygenic and cleaner for a woman to have a shaved pubic area other than having a bush? part two with all the STDS that are around especially H I V and Herpes why aren't women and girls tought that they can urinate standing up rather than sitting on a toilet especially in public restrooms?
the hair around your pubic area helps stop foreign matter going inside your private however technically one way is not more hygienic than the other. Good hygiene involves properly washing yourself, wearing cotton pants so you can breathe down there, and allowing yourself to air out. Also never douse or stick foreign objects inside of yourself. As these can cause infections.
As for diseases very few diseases can be picked up from a public toilet rest room. Especially not HIV.
