Safety Bar Does my landlord have to put a safety bar in the shower?
There is no safety bar in the shower. Is it the landlord's responsibility to put one in there?
No he does not.
If you are disabled he is required to allow you to put a bar in yourself (hire for this or you will pay for damages) if you live in a complex with more then 4 units. This is your dime, not his.
