Support Splint Knee or ankle support for running, what type of support do you guys use for running?
well i have been experiencing shin splints for some time now, i was wondering if i buy knee support or ankle support would help, and which brand or type shall i get, i had my running shoes fitted so theres nothing wrong with the shoes.
Try CHI Running, POSE running or Evolution running techniques.
The problem isn't with the shoes. It's your running form. You probably strike heavily on your forefoot or heel strike ahead of your center of gravity.
