Lumbar Back Is physical therapy the best remedy after a back,Lumbar strain,sprain injury?What is the next best option?
I hurt my back Lumbar area, the doctor send me to physical therapy, is this the best thing to do?
i too have a bad back and i am a nurse. When it was suggested i go to a chiropractor...i did not. The next time i hurt my back I agreed to try it as many folks i respect recommended it. I went dragging my feet and very unsure...well I am here to tell you it worked for me.. It took some time but it really made a difference and now at the first sign of strain...i go back. Try it....it just may help you too...good luck!!!!
