right leg shin pains starts at about 6 o clock?

at about 6 o clock for the past 3 nights i have been getting a shin pain on my right leg and i am trying to figure what it is. i am going to the doctor in a few days but i want to have an idea of what it is please help cause it hurts and i put heat on it and take asprin but it does not work?

might be shin splints.
go into a lunge with your right leg in front.
lift your toe and then lower it (kinda like our taping your toe)
do this at a fast past for about a minute or two.

a shin splint is basically just when your muscle starts to pull away from your bone. nothing serious, it just really hurts.especially when your active.
