Headset Sound
Whats the best way to reduce sound coming from headset directly into my mic?
Yeah I have a headset and whenever I get on a Ventrilo server to hold meetings or play games with friends and stuff. It's hard because my headset plays and when I talk through my mic which is attached to my headset on the computer it will autmoatically take whats playing in the background along with my voice and transmit....anyone have any idea how to fix this would be great.
Other than fiddling with the Control Panel settings, do what I did and try another set.
I spent hours with settings, my TeamSpeak service, adjusting the mic location, trying different jacks on the computer, volume on the set and control panel and TS, all to no avail. I thought I missed something...
...only to discover the set was shorted and faulty! : )
