Is there a reason why I see a drop in my weight but my stomach area, thighs and arms are still flabby?

I do stomach crunches on alternate days, skip and sometimes swim or run once a week.

i assume you are a female from where your weight is distributed to

as the bloke below said, crunches do NOT help you lose weight, dont listen to them lowlives who sell abking or whatever.

as a female, your fat is distributed mainly to ur stomach and thighs, while men it is their back and belly.

lower your bodyfat thru cardio exercise ie jogging, swimming, boxing, whatever you want, and over time you will lose bodyfat.remeber to EAT WELL!!!!
