Brace All

When often do I have to wear my brace retainer?

I just got my brace retainer, Thursday after I had my braces off the week before. My problem is that how often do I have to wear them? I know that their instructions say to remove them before eating, but is that all? Do I have to wear them also when I go to bed? Last night, I tried to sleep with them on, but couldn't since I felt uncomfortable..So what's the answer? And thank you for helping!

your supposed to wear them at all times or at least to sleep..your teeth will strat spacing out and it will be a waste of all the years you wore them..
