Does doing benchpress without the benchpress chair still work?

Im in my room right now and i cant fit my bench press chair here and it makes alot of noise cause its really old. Will i get the same results if i bench on the floor?

benching on the floor is called a floor press. you will actually use your triceps a little more with the floor press and the results in your chest will be a little more thickness, but you wont get the width that you get from a bench press
