Back Waist How can I lose the roll of fat around my waist and on my lower back?
I am frustrated because I can't lose the fat around my middle. I have "love handles" that won't go away. Is there a particular excercise that works for this area? I walk, run on a treadmill and lift weights 3x a week but haven't lost the roll around my middle. Suggestions?
